The Manchester Wheelers

This is an old poster featuring the Late Great Reg Harris. He was the Leading Track Cyclist in the 1940s to the 1950s. He won 2 Silver Medals in the 1948 Olympics. He turned professional and won titles in 1949-50-51+54. He made a com back 20 years later in 1974 at the age of 54.
