This Three Wheeler came out after the War. It was made by BMW and was called Isetta. After the War the German Aeroplane Manufacturers were not allowed to make aeroplanes so turned to making Small Bubble Cars like this Isetta. If you look at the BMW badge it represents a Spinning Propeller.
